About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Delixon platform — the website delixon.dev, the account panel at app.delixon.dev, the community features and the ecosystem shell. Each product in the ecosystem (Nexenv, ContractSanbox, PrismGraph...) has its own product-specific terms available from the product's landing page footer.

Parties

The platform is operated by XPlus Technologies LLC under the Delixon Labs developer-tools firm. By accessing the platform or creating a Delixon account, you accept these terms in full.

Platform scope

Delixon is not a single product — it is the home of an ecosystem. The platform provides: public product landings, account creation and single sign-in across products, language preference, community features (forum, store, blog when available) and the administrative panel for your account.

Your account

• Provide truthful information on sign-up.
• Keep your credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account.
• One account per person; no automated or bulk account creation.
• You can request account deletion at any time from [email protected].

Acceptable use of the platform

• No attempts to access accounts, data or systems you do not own.
• No illegal activities or activities that infringe third-party rights.
• No spam, harassment or hateful content in community features.
• No intentional overload of the platform infrastructure, no bypassing of rate limits.
• No automated scraping of any endpoint without written authorization.

Intellectual property

The Delixon and Delixon Labs names, logos, visual identity, delixon.dev site design and all original platform content are the property of XPlus Technologies LLC. The platform itself is proprietary software — it is not open source. See the License page for details.

Individual products published by Delixon Labs may carry their own license (for example, Nexenv is distributed under the Functional Source License). Product licenses are listed on the product's own License page.

Third-party products in the ecosystem

When you use a specific product reachable from the platform, the product's own terms (installation, usage, features, pricing) apply in addition to these platform terms. In case of conflict, the product-specific terms prevail for that product's features.

Modifications and availability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We may add, change or remove features and may perform maintenance without prior notice. We will communicate material changes to these terms by email with at least 15 days' notice.

Limitation of liability

XPlus Technologies LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absence of errors or fitness for a particular purpose. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of registration of XPlus Technologies LLC in the United States of America.
