The Delixon platform — the website delixon.dev, the account panel at app.delixon.dev and the ecosystem shell — is proprietary software. It is not open source and will not be released as open source. Unauthorized copying, redistribution or derivative work is not permitted.

Trademarks

Delixon, Delixon Labs, the individual product names (Nexenv, ContractSanbox, PrismGraph and any future product in the ecosystem) and their logos are trademarks of XPlus Technologies LLC. Use of the marks in press, reviews or academic contexts is allowed as long as they are not used to imply endorsement or affiliation. For commercial or branded use contact [email protected].

Product licenses

This license applies to the Delixon platform itself. Each product published by Delixon Labs has its own license, which you will find on the product's own License page reachable from the product landing footer.

Nexenv — source code under the Functional Source License (FSL), converting to Apache 2.0 after 2 years. See /nexenv.
ContractSanbox — license declared in its own repository and landing.
PrismGraph — license declared in its own repository and landing.

User-generated content

Content you publish on community features (forum posts, comments, etc. when available) remains yours. By publishing it on the platform you grant XPlus Technologies LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and moderate that content for the purpose of operating the community.

Third-party assets

Third-party libraries, fonts and icons used in the platform are credited in the project's source repository and used under their respective licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, SIL OFL, etc.).
