QiloBack Terms of Service
License
QiloBack itself is source-available under the Functional Source License 1.1 with Apache 2.0 Future License (FSL-1.1-ALv2). Each version converts to Apache 2.0 two years after its release. The backends QiloBack generates for you are unencumbered — they ship under Apache 2.0 with no runtime dependency on us.
Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not create a binding agreement. We may grant or deny early access at our discretion. We may close the waitlist at any time without notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site or the product to: send automated traffic or scrape content, attempt to disrupt service availability, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or build a commercial product or service that competes with QiloBack itself. Permitted internal use, non-commercial research and education, and ejected backends running anywhere are explicitly allowed.
Liability
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. XPlus Technologies LLC is not liable for damages arising from its use, including damages to backends generated by it.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
